Frequently Asked Question:

”Will I receive self-guided workouts?” The Slim & Trim online program will be customized for each individual, based on health goals. Each person’s slim and trim online program will be different from any other participant. Your trainer will walk you through each week, and virtually connect with you during your sessions.

”What if  I miss a session?” In place of a virtual session, your trainer will provide you with a prescribed exercise plan, that will align with your health goals. Upon completion, your trainer will check in to evaluate your success with that plan. Each plan will be at least 30-45 minutes. *You also have the option to opt out of virtual sessions for self-guided sessions (no price difference)*

”Do I need a gym membership?” Your trainer will conduct a consultation with you, prior to your first date, to discuss your access to gym equipment. If you have access to equipment at home, a neighborhood gym, or at a local fitness facility, we can program around that. Please do not feel pressured to have equipment. Bodyweight exercises are just as effective!

”Can I add weeks as I go?” Yes you can add weeks after you’ve completed your first 5 weeks, for an additional price! This program can be done throughout the entire summer! 

“Can we train in person?” This program was designed specifically for online training. However, BMI measurements and weigh ins can be done in-person.

”How will we track my progress?” In order to track the progress for this online program, we will capture before and after images, have weekly accountability check ins, review nutrition each week, and of course give it 1000% in our online sessions!! 




Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. We do not exchange or refund orders for buyer's remorse. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will send shipping address information and instruction.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
