JUST B’N FIT PERSONAL TRAINING TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Client acknowledges that s/he is agreeing to the services of a personal trainer provided by Bre Leach with Just B’n Fit, LLC. The trainer will provide an exercise program that reflects the clients’ objectives, fitness level and experience. A different trainer will not be assigned to the client at any time upon the sole discretion of Just B’n Fit, LLC. The client will only be training with Breanca Leach, Owner and Head Trainer, under Just B’n Fit, LLC.

  • The client understands that their permission to participate in Just B’n Fit, LLC services are voluntary at Charlotte Fit North, or any training location where services are provided.

    The client will perform aerobic and anaerobic exercise. The trainer may stop the client’s participation at any time because of signs of fatigue, or the client may stop when s/he wishes to due to personal feelings of fatigue or discomfort. There does exist the possibility of certain changes occurring during any training program. The client understands these include abnormal blood pressure, fainting, disorders of heartbeat, and in rare instances heart attack. The client understands that every effort will be made to monitor their well-being; however, the client is responsible for monitoring their own well-being by checking heart rate, and listening to the body during the training session.

    The client understands that the trainer, and supporting staff, cannot be held liable for any injuries, diseases, or health problems that may present themselves, after beginning participation in this training program. I understand that all liabilities of participation in this training program rest with the client. The client gives permission for the trainer to administer first aid and/or CPR, and to phone a physician or an ambulance, should the client be unable to do so.

  • Training packages include various exercise programs involving various activities. Activities shall mean the following: fitness assessments; including but not limited to assessing the cardiovascular system, heart rate, muscular strength, endurance, and flexibility; training; exercise; aerobic and anaerobic conditioning and training; weight training; circuit training; cardiovascular and exercise training; use of machinery, training equipment, free weights, circuit machinery, and cardiovascular machines; stretching; weight lifting; and any other training activities, techniques, and/or exercises.

    The training package chosen by the client shall consist of 6, 8, 12 training sessions, virtual or online training sessions. The Client agrees to pay the client full price of the training package, prior to the start of session. Training sessions will not be active until payment has been made. If the client purchases one training session at a time, payment per training session is due prior to the start of the session. Payment can be made to Bre Leach by cash, Paypal, Apple Pay, or by Square. Upon receipt of payment, the client will receive an electronic receipt, through the electronic application, or hard copy of receipt (if paid with cash).

    Any training session that is not used within 35 days (unless discussed with the Trainer) of the Effective Date for any Training Package shall be forfeited.

    Training sessions will last between 45 to 60 minutes.

    The client must notify the trainer at of a cancellation or reschedule. In the event of an emergency, both parties must agree on the terms of a cancellation or rescheduled session. If the client is more than 15 minutes late, the lost time will be forfeited, and the trainer will only provide services for the time remaining for that session. Otherwise, the client will be reported as a “no-show” to a training session. If for some reason the trainer is more than 15 minutes late, the client will receive one free session. If for some reason the trainer has to cancel the session, this will not be held against the client, and will be granted a rescheduled session.

  • The parties shall have the right to terminate this agreement upon (3) days advance written notice of termination to the other party.

    In the event that either the client or trainer terminates this agreement, the trainer shall refund to up to 50% of unused portions of training sessions or packages. If for some reason the trainer decides to adjust this refund policy, at anytime, the trainer has all right to do so.
